This top is adorable, but I do have two complaints.
1) The worse of the two: the seam along the bust like is coming undone from the center of the seam. Because the top is lined this isn’t going to be an easy fix for me to do, and I’m not about to pay to return an item that was sent to me in poor condition.
2) The straps are adjustable, but they don’t stay in place. You can adjust them perfectly, but they’ll loosen pretty quickly while you wear the garment. For now I have them laced back through the metal piece that holds them, but it looks a little silly.

Regarding the seam: We apologize for the oversight. While we do have a quality control process in place, it seems something slipped through this time. We'd be more than happy to repair or replace the item for you at no cost, and of course, we will cover all return shipping fees. We want you to feel confident in the quality of our products, and we’ll ensure this is made right.
For the straps: We really appreciate your feedback. This is our first production of this particular item, and your input helps us improve. We’ve already taken this into consideration for future designs and have made adjustments to prevent the straps from loosening. In the meantime, we suggest using a small safety pin to hold the straps in place if you'd like to make the style look more tailored.

The color and construction are so beautiful! I love it so much. I wish I would have gotten a size bigger or that it was just an inch or so longer :) then it would be just perfect. It seems smaller than my other size small top from French Meadows.
Really unique design. Lovely material. It came to the UK very quickly. Would highly recommend.
